AML and KYC Policy

1. SIMTRADE’s role
SIMTRADE is not a broker, financial institution, custodian or payment processor. It does not open real trading accounts, hold funds, execute orders or perform customer KYC/AML verification.
2. No identity-document collection
Do not submit passports, national identity cards, proof of address, selfies, bank statements, broker passwords or verification codes to SIMTRADE. SIMTRADE does not require these materials for its informational website or simulation.
3. Third-party verification
A third-party platform may be legally required to perform identity, sanctions, source-of-funds or anti-money-laundering checks. Those checks are controlled by that provider under its terms and privacy policy. Contact the provider directly about verification.
4. Prohibited misuse
The Services must not be used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, identity theft or other unlawful activity. SIMTRADE may restrict access and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
